The Afterparty (TV) - Aniq Adjaye, Yasper E. Lennov

As somebody who has always loved mysteries, this show had me hooked, and I’m disappointed it wasn’t renewed for a third season. Sam Richardson and Ben Schwartz are just so charming in their roles, and I’d love to read fic of Aniq & Yasper friendship, or Aniq/Yasper, because I very much ship them.

Prompts:

Yasper gets trapped in a Groundhog Day Loop of the afterparty. Does he keep killing Xavier until he gets bored and realizes he’s in love with Aniq?

Before the s2 finale, someone on reddit made the suggestion that Aniq would help Danner write her book on Xavier’s murder. That didn’t end up happening, but I’d be interested in an AU where that does and Aniq visits Yasper in prison as Research.

Pre-canon fic where Yasper visits an escape room that Aniq has designed.

Any form of in-universe media. Show me: the social media reaction to Xavier’s murder and Yasper’s arrest; court transcripts; newspaper clippings; the songs that Yasper has drafted, etc.

Also: I welcome all the high school flashbacks of Yasper pining after Aniq.

The Bastard Son and the Devil Himself (TV) - Nathan Byrn, Soul O'Brien

I do not want to be the only person who’s written Nathan/Soul fic, and I’ll take anything. Lean into them as magic-bonded enemies - Soul, gentle in his cruelty - Nathan, determined and snarking as usual, even as he struggles with his heritage.

I’m okay with underage and noncon, although preferably when Nathan’s a teenager, please.

Prompts:

The classic: Nathan eats Soul’s heart and he keeps seeing Soul in visions/dreams.

Due to some ancient magic treaty handwave bullshit, the conflict between the Fairborn and Blood Witches can be settled through Nathan/Soul arranged marriage somehow.

AU where soulmates/soulbonds/soulmarks are real, and Nathan and Soul are each other’s. I love dark soulmate tropes a lot (years spent in Harry Potter/Voldemort fandom) and appreciate any variations on this.

Canon AU where Nathan gets adopted by Soul and grows up alongside Annalise instead of living with his grandmother.

Die (Image Comics) - Ash

So, this entire comic series is brilliant, because of the dark Narnia of it all: the trauma and morality erosion incurred by living in a magical world. I like what it has to say about stories shaping reality, because of stories being a necessary part of the human experience. I just really like the themes of adjusting to the 'real' world after being in a fantasy world - the inherent culture clash, the trauma that nobody else can understand except your fellow travelers, how things don't operate through fantasy logic anymore.

Ash, in particular, is so fascinating to me. Ash’s coldness as the Dictator is magnetic, paired with an amazing arc throughout the comic: the way Ash struggles while being attached to Die and an inclination to do terrible things and how that's all bound up in trying to figure out who they are as a person.

My ships for Ash are Sol/Ash (to make a game, to make an entire world for someone else, is a breathtakingly beautiful act of love) and Isabelle/Ash (for the antagonism!), but I’m good with anything gen, Ash-centric, and Ash & the Party as well.

Prompts:

A moment in time during the party’s past adventures as teenagers in the world of Die. Like: Fetch quests. Adopting a magical creature. Parties in Angria. Ash helps Isabelle settle debts with the gods, even with the friction between them. Bodyswap shenanigans from a magical potion/artifact.

I’d be into something very power-dynamic-y where Izzy is Ash’s patron. Or maybe Izzy has to pretend to be Ash’s patron?

Canon AU where Ash is trapped in Die with Sol. Would things have been better or worse with them left there together?

Post-canon: Dominic helps Sol adapt to modern life outside Die. Or, something about Izzy turning her diary into a novel and asking Dominic and the others for their feedback.

Ash and Zamorna’s son Augustus ends up in the real world.

Wildcard crossover prompt: A crossover with D&D: Honor Among Thieves - idk how, but make it happen.
